PURPOSE: A circuit and method for data transmission and a memory device including the same are provided to reduce the instant maximum current of a data transmission circuit by preventing data transition in an A-B point and a B-C point. CONSTITUTION: In a circuit and method for data transmission and a memory device including the same, a first driver(210) drives data to a first line. A pattern change part(230) changes the pattern of data delivered to the first line. A second driver(220) drives data in which the pattern is changed to a second line. A pattern decoding module(240) decodes the pattern of data.
