<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical receiving circuit to reduce an output pulse width distortion against an input signal by adjusting a division ratio of a voltage applied to each resistance in a resistance circuit network. <P>SOLUTION: An optical receiving circuit comprises: a differential amplifier 2 outputs a positive-phase voltage Vplus and a reversed-phase voltage Vminus with a restricted amplitude from a current signal with an optical input L converted; a peak detector 5 which detects and outputs a peak voltage Vp of the positive-phase voltage Vplus; a resistance circuit network 4 generating a positive-phase input voltage V1plus and a reversed-phase input voltage V1minus where one amplitude intersects the other amplitude at the middle point by performing an addition operation from the peak voltage Vp, the positive-phase voltage Vplus, and the reversed-phase voltage Vminus; a discriminator 3 generating a rectangle signal of this intersecting electric potential by discriminating a electric potential where the amplitude of the positive-phase input voltage V1plus and the reversed-phase input voltage V1minus intersects mutually; and adjustment circuit 6 adjusting a division ratio connected to each resistance of the resistance circuit network 4 so that the same rectangle signal as the waveform of the optical input L may be output in the case where the positive-phase voltage Vplus or the reversed-phase voltage Vminus restricted by the differential amplifier is output. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
