<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, which can attain a CWD/B simultaneous mode with high real-time property and reduced noise generation, compared with a conventional one, by reducing the transient response. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus is configured to execute an imaging mode of alternately executing a continuous wave Doppler mode of acquiring time-series Doppler data by performing continuous wave transmission/reception and a B mode of acquiring tomogram data represented by luminance by transmitting and receiving a pulse wave. The apparatus includes a data acquisition means which acquires the continuous wave Doppler data and the tomogram data by switchingly executing the continuous wave Doppler mode and the B mode; a calculation means which calculates a transient response spectrum which results from the switching between the continuous wave Doppler mode and the B mode; a substraction means which subtracts the calculated transient response spectrum from the Doppler data; a generation means which generates Doppler spectrum information by use of the subtracted Doppler data; and a display means which displays the generated Doppler spectrum information in a predetermined mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
