<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately provide information on equipment to be inspected for a maintenance staff dispatched to a scene. <P>SOLUTION: An information provision system 10 includes two-dimensional codes 24 mounted on a building 12, a portable terminal 14 including a photograph unit 26 photographing the two-dimensional codes 24, and a monitoring center 18 connected to the portable terminal 14 through a communication line 20 and monitoring equipment 16 from a remote site. The monitoring center 18 includes a storage unit 34 storing information on the building 12 and the equipment 16, a selection unit 36 selecting information on specific equipment 40 based on the two-dimensional codes 24 and information stored in the storage unit 34, and a provision unit 38 providing the information selected by the selection unit 36 to the portable terminal 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
