<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure and to reduce cost in an oscillator array where a frequency and a phase difference are synchronized. <P>SOLUTION: The oscillator array includes N (N is natural number of two or above) pieces of push-push oscillators 1 connected in a one-dimensional array shape and (N-1) pieces of asymmetrical coupling circuits 2, each of them inserted between the push-push oscillators 1. The asymmetrical coupling circuit 2 is a multiple-resonance coupling circuit having an asymmetrical property where a reflection property to signal input from one terminal A differs from a reflection property to signal input from the other terminal B. A large part of the signal inputted from the terminal A is reflected by a constant reflection coefficient and is outputted again from the terminal A. A part of the remainder is transmitted, is outputted from the terminal B and the frequency is synchronized. The reflection coefficient of the signal inputted from the terminal B is changed by a specific amount and the signal is outputted from the terminal B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
