METHOD FOR TREATING SEA-BOTTOM-DEPOSITED SOIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for efficiently producing granules having high mechanical strength and high stability from sea-bottom-deposited soil.

SOLUTION: The granules can be efficiently produced from sea-bottom-deposited soil by combinedly using gypsum and paper sludge-incinerated ash. The granules thus produced, which have moderate mechanical strength and size, with the mechanical strength kept undersea, therefore can be suitably used for applications including dry beach creation, shore protection and soil-running-out suppression.
