<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated structure including plate-like bodies, in which errors in the stacking order of the plate-like bodies, the top-bottom direction, and the vertical and horizontal directions of the plate-like bodies, and redundancy or absence of the plate-like bodies to be stacked can be confirmed easily, so that defective ones attributable to the errors can be extracted easily and rapidly. <P>SOLUTION: A hollow laminated structure 100 has a fitting structure A including holes and projections to be fit with each other only when stacking is performed at a predetermined order. Owing to the fitting structure A, the top-bottom direction of each plate-like body can be confirmed based on the projecting direction of each projection, and the vertical and horizontal directions of each plate-like body in the plane can be confirmed based on the position of each projection. Moreover, by a positional relationship between the projection and hole of each plate-like body, the stacking order of the plate-like bodies in the hollow laminated structure 100 can be confirmed, and the redundancy or absence of the plate-like bodies can be confirmed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
