<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus capable of implementing ultrasonic diagnosis along a curved surface or a projecting part of an object for measurement while moving along the longitudinal direction of the object for measurement. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes a band-shaped connecting part to be wound around the object for measurement, and an examination part connected to the connecting part and having a probe. The probe is characterized by movement in a direction different from the direction of winding the connecting part around the object for measurement. Since the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus is fixed by winding the connecting part around the object for measurement and uniform ultrasonic images of the object for measurement are acquired by moving the probe in the direction different from the winding direction of the connecting part, the reliability of the ultrasonic examination can be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
