<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert and extract a testing board inside the test head in a state where a connection for placing a test device is disposed on the test head. <P>SOLUTION: The test head which holds the testing board for testing the test device comprises a body for holding the testing board in its inside in a state where an opening for inserting and extracting the testing board is formed on one of the side faces and the upper side of the testing board is directed to the top face and a mounting member which guides the lower side of the testing board from the opening to a predetermined position and mounts the testing board on the body by applying a force to the upside against the lower side of the testing board. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
