<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which has a light guide sheet, being thin, and has a configuration for efficient heat radiation. <P>SOLUTION: A circuit board 6 in which a key switch 12 and an IC chip 62 are arranged, a holding sheet 8, a light guide sheet 9, and a key pad 11 are stacked in a case 4. Between the circuit board 6 and the holding sheet 8, a heat radiation sheet 7 that propagates the heat generated at the IC chip 62 along a surface direction is arranged. In the heat radiation sheet 7, a hole is formed at the position corresponding to the key switch 12, and the key switch 12 protrudes into the hole.
