<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker having an excellent input resistance performance and bass sound reproduction capability, and capable of reducing the size, thickness and width without increasing the component cost and manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: A speaker 1 comprises: a diaphragm 2; a frame 6 arranged from the outer peripheral side to the rear of the diaphragm 2; an edge 3 of which the inner periphery is joined to the diaphragm 2 and of which the outer periphery is joined to the frame 6; a magnetic circuit 7 arranged in the rear of the diaphragm 2; and a voice coil bobbin 4 for vibrating the diaphragm 2; and a voice coil 4a which is wound along the outer peripheral surface of the voice coil bobbin 4 and is supported in a magnetic gap of the magnetic circuit 7. The speaker comprises: a structure 11 joined to the rear face of the diaphragm 2, and joined to the frame 6 and the magnetic circuit 7.
