<p>The present invention is directed to a neuromuscular training device and methods of use. The device and methods are useful for enhancing the alignment of the upper quadrant of a user's kinetic chain to treat or reduce the risk of injury to a user, e.g., treating and/or reducing the risk of a shoulder injury. The device and method of use comprise a brace for the sacral, lumbar, and lower thoracic region of the spine coupled with a brace for scapular retraction and stabilization to provide static and dynamic upper body and trunk neuromuscular training.</p>
