<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to easily and properly determine whether printing of a file input into a folder has been finished or not. <P>SOLUTION: The management apparatus is configured: to receive file information on a file input into a folder from the outside; to generate print job information including the file information; to transmit the print job information to an image forming apparatus associated in advance with the folder; to monitor whether printing of the job corresponding to the file information included in the print job information has been finished in the image forming apparatus, on the basis of print progress information of the image forming apparatus; and to delete the file information corresponding to one job from the folder when job monitoring means determines that the printing of the one job has been finished. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
