<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that since a work style or the characteristics of a person are focused in a conventional manner, and it is necessary to introduce a sensor terminal having a radio transmitter/receiver, there is such a disadvantage that the initial costs of system introduction are increased, and that although there exists a function for plotting, graphing and displaying a degree of communication, the provision for improving communication in a present state is not executed to members who rarely communicate with each other. <P>SOLUTION: In an organization where there are general enterprises, a transmission history of an electronic mail is analyzed according to a prescribed calculation formula in a system based on five parameters ((1) mail frequency, (2) mail reply rate, (3) mail expansion degree, (4) ToCc division coefficient, (5) post coefficient) in the electronic mail, and a degree of communication between members is calculated so that a relevancy of inter-member communication can be derived. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
