<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capillary electrophoresis apparatus having a vessel accommodating apparatus for preventing an evaporation preventing film from being removed when a capillary is extracted, and taking out a vessel in any order. <P>SOLUTION: In the capillary electrophoresis apparatus for separating and analyzing a sample such as DNA and protein by an electrophoresis, a solution accommodating apparatus comprises the evaporation preventing film having a capillary hole into which the capillary is penetrated, the vessel for accommodating a solution, and a vessel accommodating section for accommodating the vessel.
