<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve withstand voltage performance of an insulating member. <P>SOLUTION: An insulating member 1 includes a band-like dielectric film 10 and electrodes X1, X2, X3, and X4. On a surface of the dielectric film 10, the electrodes X1, X2, X3, and X4 are formed in alignment with one another along the length of the dielectric film 10. The dielectric film 10 with the electrodes X1 to X4 formed thereon is rolled, so that the three pairs of the electrodes X1 and X2, the electrodes X2 and X3, and the electrodes X3 and X4 respectively face each other through the dielectric film 10 in respective regions where capacitor elements are formed. Areas of the regions where the electrodes X1 and X2 face each other through the dielectric film 10, where the electrodes X2 and X3 face each other through the dielectric film 10, and where the electrodes X3 and X4 face each other through the dielectric film 10 are equal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
