The rail attachment according to the invention is designed for lateral adjustment by up to 15 mm in both directions and it permits vertical adjustment by up to 50 mm without flexural stressing of the screw connection between the attachment and the rigid concrete substructure. An elastic intermediate panel (4) made of elastomer is arranged under the ribbed panel (9) in order to ensure the functionally necessary elasticity.
