The device (2) has a primary reflector arranged such that a collecting plane (16') is parallel to an incidence plane (16). Incident light (18) is focused at a location in the plane. A secondary concentrator (8) is arranged in the plane, and a positioning device is laid out to alignment of the reflector such that the plane of incidence is aligned according to direction of the incident light. The positioning device is laid out to alignment of the concentrator such that light outgoing from the reflector is fed in an optical path.
