PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing ZSM-5 under fluoride ions is provided to implement manufacturing processes without the limitation of alkali concentration and the adjustment of synthesizing time and temperature. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing ZSM-5 under fluoride ions includes the following: 100 mol of SiO_2, 10-26 mol of Na_2O, 0.2-5 mol of Al_2O_3, 1000-4000 mol of H_2O, 0.1-5 mol of F^- are mixed by mixing a silica source, an alumina source, a fluorine source, a neutralizing agent, and water. A hydrothermal synthesizing process is implemented at a temperature between 100 and 200 Celsius degrees for 6 to 72 hours. The silica source is silica sol, water glass, or sodium silicate. The fluorine source is one selected from a group including NaF, NH_4F, NH_4HF_2, HF, Na_2SiF_6, and (NH_4)_2SiF_6. The alumina source is one selected from a group including sodium aluminate, aluminum nitrate, aluminum chloride, aluminum acetate, aluminum sulfate, aluminum isopropoxide, and aluminum acetylacetonate. The neutralizing agent is one selected from a group including hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, phophoric acid, sulfuric acid and aluminum sulfate. |
