Described is an "H"-shaped section for forming a thermo acoustic slab and the assembly thereof, which comprises a base mesh (1) that is electrowelded to a central beam (2). Said central structural element (2) has lower longitudinal steel rods (3), an upper longitudinal steel rod (5), and a zigzag rod (4). The parallel assembly of the (a) "H"-shaped section slab to further (a), (b) and (c) "H"-shaped sections results in a complete slab, which is subjected to the cast of the compression cap (9) thereof by means of the upper electrowelded mesh (8). The (a), (b) and (e) "H"-shaped sections contain a core of expanded polystyrene pieces (7) which fill the space formed between the precast base or soffit (6). The assembly of the (a), (b) and (c) "H"-shaped sections is performed by inserting a closing chain (12), attached to the walls (11).
