<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap for producing pop sound and a container having the cap capable of improving a sound producing performance on uncapping while excellently keeping a sealing property. <P>SOLUTION: The sound producing cap includes: a packing 4 having a top plate part 6, a substantially tubular inside leg 7 internally tightly fitted to a container mouth part 3 and a substantially annular curved part 8 capable of tightly adhering to an outside corner part 3a of the container mouth part, being continuously disposed on the outer circumference of the top plate part; and a cap body 5 having a top wall 9 and a skirt wall 10 and is formed with a female thread 12 threaded with a male thread 13 of the container mouth part, wherein a substantially annular press urging part respectively pressing and urging a first annular band area 8a and a second band area 8b on the outer circumferential surface of the curved part of the packing is formed on the inner surface of the cap body, the first annular band area positioned on the outside and the upper side with respect to the outside corner part of the container mouth part is pressurized and urged toward the outside corner part, and the second annular band area positioned on the outside or the outside and the lower side with respect to the outside corner part is pressurized and urged toward the inside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
