<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating copper-removed slag to efficiently recover copper from sulfide copper-removed slag and effectively utilize it. <P>SOLUTION: The method for treating copper-removed slag is used to treat the sulfide copper-removed slag containing sodium, iron and sulfur as the main components. The method comprises: a heat-treatment step for heat-treating the copper-removed slag under an air atmosphere at a temperature of 600-800°C; a soluble component-separating step for dissolving the soluble components contained in the copper-removed slag after the heat-treatment step into water and separating the soluble components from non-soluble components, and a magnetic force beneficiation step for removing magnetic minerals contained in the non-soluble components by the magnetic force beneficiation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
