<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor carpet fixing implement that allows the movement of a second floor mat in the lateral direction with respect to a floor carpet for an automobile, but can prevent the movement in the fore-and-aft direction. <P>SOLUTION: The floor carpet fixing implement includes the second floor mat, and a floor mat fixing implement 20 which fixes the second floor mat to the floor carpet for the automobile. The second floor mat is formed into a vessel shape having a wall face around it, and has a through-hole formed at an extension which is extended from the bottom face to a front direction or a rear direction. The floor mat fixing implement 20 includes a base 21 having a fixed part 22 fixed to the floor carpet for the automobile, and a first floor-mat grip 24 which is arranged via a continuous part 23 so that a first floor-mat insertion space 29 is formed at the upper part of the base 21.
