<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a composite fiber sheet which is prepared by bonding a fiber structure and a fabric and has excellent productivity, lightweight and excellent bonding strength, as well as a composite fiber sheet obtained by the manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The fiber structure A(b) is formed by blending non-elastic crimped short fibers and thermoadhesive conjugate short fibers arranged with a polymer having a melting point lower by ≤40°C than the polymer constituting the non-elastic crimped short fibers as a thermal fusion component on their surfaces in such a manner that a weight ratio thereof attains 90/10 to 10/90. After the fiber structure A(b), which are scattered with the fixation points where the thermoadhesive conjugate short fibers are thermally fused to each other in a intersected state and/or the fixation points where the thermoadhesive conjugate short fibers and the non-elastic crimped short fibers are thermally fused in a intersected state, and fabric B(a) are prepared, on one surface of the front or the back, the fiber structure A is heated, and on one surface of the front or the back, the fabric B is heated at the same time.
