摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zero-phase current transformer which can prevent a penetration of magnetism from a pull-out position of a secondary winding, ensures a high detection accuracy of an occurrence of a leakage, and is compatible with a large current circuit. <P>SOLUTION: External shield members 3 and 3 are attached to the lateral face of a casing member 4 to cover the outside of notches 11 and 11 provided in magnetic plates 9a and 9b constituting a second shield member 9 in order to pull out a secondary winding 6. Consequently, an interruption performance, which had an inferior quality in prior art, can be enhanced at a pull-out position of the secondary winding 6. In particular, an occurrence of a leakage is not falsely recognized even when a large current flows and thereby a detection accuracy of the occurrence of the leakage can be enhanced.
