<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent magnet motor capable of suppressing generation of thermo-irreversible demagnetization with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A rotor 10 includes a rotor core 10a and a plurality of permanent magnets 10b. The rotor core 10a is formed from laminated steel sheet. Each of the permanent magnets 10b is inserted into each of holes formed in the rotor core 10a and bonded to the rotor core 10a by a magnet fixing member 10c. The magnet fixing member 10c is installed to surround a circumference of the permanent magnet 10b and formed from a material (heat storage material) with heat storage performance of a fixed value or higher in a service temperature range, for example, at 50-200°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
