<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain positional dimension among circuit patterns even if a press working is made with a structure for separation by bending. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a chain article formation step in which circuit patterns 7 are formed with a set interval through an insulator layer 5 on a metal substrate, and a chain article 1 of a circuit board 9 equipped with the circuit pattern 7 is formed, a notch formation step in which notches 11 and 13 for separation by bending are partially formed by press-working on a line at which separation by bending with the circuit board 9 is scheduled, and a slit formation step in which slits 15, 17, and 19 are formed for penetration, with the notches 11 and 13 being left out on the line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
