<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed circuit board and a mount board using the same capable of easily confirming a mounting direction of an electronic component whose mounting direction is predetermined and preventing a reliability of an electrical connection between an electrode part of the electronic component and a connection part of the printed circuit board from being spoiled even if a high density component mounting is attempted. <P>SOLUTION: A mount board 1 comprises: a printed circuit board 2; and a diode 3 and other various electronic components mounted on the printed circuit board 2. On a surface of the printed circuit board 2, an outer shape line 22 to show an outer shape of a mounting area of the diode 3 is printed by silk screen printing and such.
