<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high dielectric composition which enables production at low temperatures and microprocessing. <P>SOLUTION: A process for producing a high dielectric composition includes a water evaporation step of evaporating water from a mixture including polyethylene glycol and a peroxotitanic acid aqueous solution to obtain a gel-like substance in the temperature environment of 60-120°C and a curing step of curing the gel-like substance in the temperature environment of 160-317°C after the water evaporation step and the number average molecular weight of the polyethylene glycol is 200-1,500, and the amount of the polyethylene glycol substance present in the mixture is >4 and ≤10 times the amount of the titanium substance present in the mixture. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
