<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grill in which no oily liquid drops on the source of fire and in which an ultra-red ray effect is great, by solving the problem of oily liquid dropping from intersections of a network of a grill where sticking of oily liquid is stronger and also dripping from mesh openings of the network. <P>SOLUTION: A grill body is formed including a network with a shape and form in which the oily liquid received by the network of the grill 1 under a fixed condition can be transferred to a water tube 7 side as the main route of the oily liquid without dropping it from the network. The water tubes 8, 9 of water supply/drain means for cooling the grill, which are the main route of the oily liquid for the purpose of cooling the temperature of the grill at about 250° so as to keep the oily liquid in a liquid form on the lower face of the grill body, are fixed at an interval by which the grill gets the condition with respect to the heat source to form a water cooled grill that is used while being tilted about 10° with the water supply side of the water tube made downward. The oily liquid baked out from meat is received by the network, and is transferred from the lower face of the network to the water tube or from the lower face of a rod body to the outside of the grill, and thereby solving the problem. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
