An objective of the present invention is to provide a composition that has improved oral absorption and comprises a slightly soluble drug, and to provide a process for producing the same. According to the present invention, there is provided a finely pulverized composition comprising a slightly soluble drug such as 22&bgr;-methoxyolean-12-ene-3&bgr;, 24(4&bgr;)-diol and a hydrophilic surfactant. According to the present invention, there is also provided a process for producing the finely pulverized composition according to the present invention, characterized in that, after the dispersion of a slightly soluble drug and a hydrophilic surfactant in a solvent, the dispersion is pulverized with a high-pressure homogenizer. |
