The device has bus bars (12) guided via a recess (14) outside a housing (1) in a terminal box. Each bus bar comprises collars (124) i.e. O-shaped ring (24), provided within the housing and an outer thread (125) provided outside the housing. A nut (20) i.e. hexagon nut, is screwed on the outer thread of the bus bar. A housing section (18) is clamped between one collar and one nut to fix the bus bars. Eyelets are provided outside the housing at a free end of the bus bars for fastening cables, where the cables are fed by holes from the terminal box.
