摘要 <p>The method for producing a closed-porous metal foam (18), comprises subjecting a composite, which is made of a metal or a metal alloy and a propellant, to a heat treatment, where the heating of the composite is sufficient, so that the propellant forms a propellant gas under the formation of closed pores (17) in the composite. The propellant is metal oxide, where oxygen is released as propellant gas with a disintegration of the metal oxide and is included into the formed pores. The composite is formed from metal particles or metal alloy particles. The method for producing a closed-porous metal foam (18), comprises subjecting a composite, which is made of a metal or a metal alloy and a propellant, to a heat treatment, where the heating of the composite is sufficient, so that the propellant forms a propellant gas under the formation of closed pores (17) in the composite. The propellant is metal oxide, where oxygen is released as propellant gas with a disintegration of the metal oxide and is included into the formed pores. The composite is formed from metal particles or metal alloy particles, where a part of the metal particles is coated with a layer of the propellant. The composite consists of a coating with layers, which are provided to each other and are made of metal, metal alloy and propellant. A material is additionally introduced in the composite with a negative thermal expansion coefficient. An independent claim is included for a component partially made of a closed-porous metal foam.</p>
