<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical transport analyzer capable of easily optimizing various parameters in evaluation by externally outputting error information or alarm information. <P>SOLUTION: An optical transport analyzer which detects at least one of generated error and alarm by performing optical signal communication with an evaluation target comprises: a data generating section for generating a test pattern of an electric signal to be transmitted to the evaluation target; a transmission section for converting the test pattern into an optical signal and transmitting the optical signal toward the evaluation target; a receiving section for receiving a reply signal from the evaluation target corresponding to the test pattern and converting the reply signal into an electric signal; a collation section for collating an output signal of the receiving section with an expectation value corresponding to the test pattern; an accumulation section for accumulating a count value for each class regarding at least one of error and alarm detected by the collation section; a measuring section for sampling an accumulation result of the accumulation section at an interval of a predetermined term; and an output section for externally outputting the count value for each class detected by the collation section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
