<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous coating material that can obtain a coated film excellent in storage stability, water repellency, flexibility (especially low-temperature ductility), contamination resistance, weatherability, and water resistance; and to provide a coated article. <P>SOLUTION: The aqueous coating material contains polyorganosiloxane polymer (A) and a polymer (B), wherein the mass ratio (A)/(B) of the polyorganosiloxane polymer (A) to the polymer (B) is 0.015-2. The polymer (B) can be obtained by polymerizing an ethylenically unsaturated monomer mixture (ii) for obtaining a copolymer having a glass transition temperature of ≥20°C after polymerizing an ethylenically unsaturated monomer mixture (i) for obtaining a copolymer having a glass transition temperature of ≤0°C in an aqueous dispersion liquid containing polyorganosiloxane polymer (C). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
