METHOD FOR PRODUCING COLOR FILTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a color filter using a gradation mask, which is useful for forming the same functional member in a color filter.

SOLUTION: A method for producing a color filter has a photosensitive resin layer forming process for forming a photosensitive resin layer consisting of a photosensitive resin on a substrate and a same functional member forming process for exposing the photosensitive resin layer using a gradation mask comprising a semitransparent film having a predetermined transmittance characteristic followed by development to form two kinds or more of the same functional member consisting of a photosensitive resin and having an adjusted height.
