<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an addition-curing type acrylic composition which is suitably used, since being excellent in moldability, exhibiting little outgas and having a surface adhesiveness, as an adhesive-fixing sheet of electronic components in a production line of the electronic components repeatedly used, and provides a cured material capable of withstanding a heating step; and to provide an adhesive rubber sheet prepared by curing the composition. <P>SOLUTION: The cured rubber in which the adhesive force after a heat resistance test in the air at 150°C for 150 hours keeps ≥70% of an initial adhesive force in an adhesive force test is obtained from a crosslinking rubber compound which comprises (A) a poly(meth)acrylic polymer having two or more alkenyl groups in one molecule thereof, produced by polymerizing a (meth)acrylic monomer mainly as a main chain thereof and having a number-average molecular weight of 3,000 to 50,000, (B) a compound having at least two hydrosilyl groups in one molecule thereof, (C) a hydrosilylation catalyst, and (D) an antioxidant, and has a fluidity at normal temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
