<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersion device and a dispersion method reducible of the cost for disposing a carbon nanotube, by improving the solubilization rate upon solubilizing the carbon nanotube in the aggregational state and improving dispersibility. <P>SOLUTION: The dispersion device 10 includes: a fixing tool 11 that fixes a container 21; an ultrasonic vibrator 12 that oscillates the container 21 with an ultrasonic wave variable in frequency; a sound pressure measuring instrument 14 that detects a vibration frequency of the container 21 when the ultrasonic wave is oscillated to the container 21 by the ultrasonic vibrator 12; and a controller 19 that adjusts the frequency of ultrasonic wave that the ultrasonic vibrator 12 oscillates. The carbon nanotube C is dispersed in a liquid in a particle state by adjusting the frequency of the ultrasonic wave, that the ultrasonic vibrator 12 oscillates, by the controller 19 so that the vibration frequency of the container 21 detected by the sound pressure measuring instrument 14 becomes the resonance frequency of the container 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
