The invention relates to polyhydroxyfunctional polysiloxanes, which may be produced by the addition of at least one branched polyhydroxyfunctional allyl polyether to a Si—H functional alkyl polysiloxane, to methods for production thereof and the use thereof as additives in thermoplastics and polymeric moulded masses and the thermoplastics and polymeric moulded masses containing the same.
