The device i.e. semicircular heating cuff (10), has a heat transfer body (12) on which a heating element (14) is arranged, where the body is formed from an aluminum alloy. The heating element is provided with a conductor (16), which is charged with electrical power and designed as a heating wire and an insulator (18), which insulates the conductor against the body, where the insulator is designed as a plastic-sheath. The heating element is bent in non-destructive manner. The heating element is held between two projections of the body. An independent claim is also included for a heater assembly comprising an attachment element holding a container.
