The valve device (1) has a housing (2) and a rotatably mounted ball plug with two sealing ring holders, where each sealing ring holder has an inner sealing ring and an outer sealing ring. A guide sleeve is arranged between the housing and the ball plug, which carries the two sealing ring holders. The inner sealing ring and the outer sealing ring are formed from hydrogenated nitrile rubber or polytetrafluoroethylene. The sealing ring holder is made of plastic.
