<p>Disclosed is a digital book system wherein a musical piece which matches a content, etc., of a digital book is selected and delivered, and the selected musical piece can be replayed while the digital book is browsed. The system comprises a content server, and a terminal provided with a viewer for browsing a digital book and replaying a musical piece, wherein the viewer digital book comprises a digital book replay unit for replaying and displaying the digital book, and a musical piece replay unit for replaying the musical piece. The content server comprises a digital book information DB for retaining attribute information of digital books, a musical piece information DB for retaining attribute information of musical pieces, a digital book delivery unit for delivering a digital book, a musical piece delivery unit for delivering a musical piece, a musical piece selection unit which selects, from the musical piece information DB, a musical piece having attribute information matching with the attribute information of the digital book which is being currently browsed in the viewer by the user, and designates the selected musical piece so that the musical piece delivery unit delivers the musical piece.</p> |
