<p>Inquiries about various forms can be conducted at low cost, without requiring complicated form-making programs. A DWH server DB (310) comprises: a detailed slip-data DB (100) for storing therein detailed slip-data that is slip-data to be generated for each of the work units in a work process, and detailed slip-data generated from the slip data; an index data DB (101) for storing therein index data that is to be used in searching for detailed slip-data, and that has content of common items that are appropriate for determining the work process, content of key items wherein slip-details specifying information that can specify slip details uniquely are set, and content of slip-details distinguishing information items wherein slip-details distinguishing information that can specify slip-details related to slip-details are set, associated in detailed slip-data units, and also associated by the same items of the detailed slip data; and a slip-details creating information DB (102) for storing therein slip-details creating information wherein the created detailed-slip type and the used detailed-slip type are associated.</p> |
