<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the steam balance of a power generation system as a whole by employing new equipment and a method for boiler steam cooling at CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>removal equipment, and to improve the efficiency of the CO2 removal equipment and the power generation system as a whole by efficiently utilizing boiler heat. <P>SOLUTION: This exhaust gas treatment system comprises CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>chemical absorbing equipment which absorbs CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>in the exhaust gas by making exhaust gas discharged from a boiler contact with an amine absorption liquid in a carbon dioxide (CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>) regeneration tower, the CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>is released in the CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>regeneration tower by heating the absorption liquid which has absorbed the CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, the absorption liquid after the release of the CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>is drawn out via regeneration tower draw-out piping, the absorption liquid is cooled by a heat exchanger and a cooler which are arranged in the middle of the piping, and the absorption liquid is made to circulate in the CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>absorption tower. The exhaust gas treatment system also comprises a condensed water drum device in which a reboiler is arranged in order to raise a temperature of a part of the absorption liquid after the release of the CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>. The reboiler comprises a heat transfer pipe fed with steam for heating, condenses steam discharged from the heat transfer pipe, and recovers the steam as a steam drain. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
