<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a USB device and an electronic apparatus in which the USB device can easily be removed. <P>SOLUTION: In an upper case 23, protrusions 31 and 32 protruding perpendicularly from respective surfaces are formed on three surfaces (top surface 23a and side surfaces 23b and 23c) in parallel with a removing direction (connection direction Dc). Concretely, linear protrusions 31 extending horizontally, that is, in parallel with the top surface 23a and perpendicularly to a removing direction Dr are formed on the top surface 23a. The three linear protrusions 31 are present at the edge of a connection direction Dc side; and three protrusions 31 present at the edge of the removing direction Dr side. Six protrusions 31 are formed in total. Further, linear protrusions 32 extending vertically, that is, in parallel with the side surfaces 23b and 23c and perpendicularly to the removing direction Dr are formed on the respective side surfaces 23b and 23c. Four protrusions 32 are present at the edge of the connection direction Dc side; and four protrusions 32 are present at the edge of the removing direction Dr side, respectively.
