<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor sheet, a detection circuit and a touch panel device that can be easily manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: A sensor sheet 2 for a touch panel device is connected to a detection circuit to detect the approach of an input object 100 and the position of the approached input object 100, and comprises: a substrate 6; three or more detection electrodes 7, which are positioned away from each other on only one face of the substrate 6 in the thickness direction, and the capacitance between which and the input object 100 varies when the input object 100 approaches; and wiring 8 electrically connected to the three or more detection electrodes 7 as well as to the detection circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
