<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold spray apparatus in which a material powder feed apparatus and a gas heater can be operated at low pressure; the gas consumption cost can be reduced; and the operation can be stably carried out without clogging of a cold spray nozzle. <P>SOLUTION: The cold spray apparatus to form a film by jetting a material powder together with a working gas at a high speed from a cold spray nozzle and making the material powder collide with a substrate with the material powder in a solid state comprised a high-speed gas flow forming part A installed in the cold spray nozzle 1 and forming a high-speed gas flow by narrowing a gas passage width of the working gas; a material powder feed path 6 feeding the material powder M to the cold spray nozzle by transporting the material powder carried on a low-pressure gas; a high-pressure gas feed path 8 feeding a high-pressure working gas to the cold spray nozzle; and a material powder feed nozzle 4 introducing the low-pressure gas with the material powder from the central axis direction of the cold spray nozzle to the vicinity of and the downstream side of the high-speed gas flow forming part A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
