<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing of a high-tensile steel sheet in which a surface oxide is efficiently removed therefrom. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing of the high-tensile steel sheet superior in chemical conversion treatment property is characterized by including the following steps of: measuring a steel sheet surface roughness Ra after the high-tensile steel sheet containing ≥0.5 mass% of Si and Mn is continuously annealed; applying an acid cleaning process to the steel sheet, followed by grinding the surface thereof, then measuring a steel sheet surface roughness Ra after the surface grinding; and adjusting the flow rate of a coolant supplied thereto when grinding the surface so that the measured value becomes smaller than the steel sheet surface roughness Ra after the continuous annealing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
