<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a griddle with a lid for inhibiting drops of hot water generated from dew formed from vapor stuck to the internal surface of the lid from falling on a grill portion during opening of the lid. <P>SOLUTION: To solve the problem, the griddle with a lid includes a grill portion 2 disposed on the top of a casing 1 and on which objects to be cooked are placed, a heating unit for heating the grill portion 2 at least from below, a lid 3 for openably/closably covering the top of the grill portion 2, rotating mechanisms 5 having a turning shaft on one end side of the lid 3 for opening/closing the lid 3, and a hot water's drop receiving portion 4 disposed outward of one end of the grill portion 2, has an opening in the upper part thereof, and receives the drops of hot water dripping from the lid 3, wherein one end of the lid 3 is positioned in the upper part of the opening of the hot water's drop receiving portion 4 during opening of the lid 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
