Disclosed is an operation analysis device capable of simple setting of a contribution degree which complies with conditions for the analysis. The disclosed operation analysis device (300) is provided with an operation data input unit (310) for inputting learning data; an operation feature extraction unit (320) for extracting operation feature values from the learning data; a main component analysis unit (330) for performing main component analysis using the operation feature values for a portion of the learning data and learning a subspace; a learning data distance calculation unit (340) for calculating the distances between the operation feature values of the learning data and the subspace; and a contribution degree assessment unit (350) for assessing compatibility of the contribution degree used in the main component analysis from the distances calculated from the learning data used in the learning of the subspace and the distances calculated from the learning data which were not used in the learning of the subspace.
